The Embrace Your Sisters (EYS) 14th Annual Tea at Two Fashion Show Fundraiser will be held at Casa Larga Vineyards and Winery at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 3rd. The event will support breast cancer patients within our local counties. The Embrace Your Sisters (EYS) organization provides short-term emergency financial assistance to residents of Allegany, Cayuga, Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, and Yates counties.
Embrace Your Sisters Vice President Megan Freida stated, “We are proud of the work we do as a 100% volunteer staff, with the Embrace Your Sisters Organization. EYS was founded in 2006 by five women, one of which was battling breast cancer. It started as a fundraiser to help with her expenses and it has grown beyond what they originally imagined. The support from the local community is crucial in assisting individuals in our communities battling breast cancer.”
The fashion show features models who are survivors of breast cancer along with their family, friends, and members of the community. Appetizers and refreshments will be provided for guests with raffles, music, and more! Individual tickets and tables can be reserved for the event. Enjoy an inspirational afternoon of fashion, friends, food, and fun. The tickets will be priced at $45.00, doors open at 1:00 pm.
